1. 수집하는 개인정보 · Data collected
이름, 연락처(전화·이메일), 국적, 비자 유형 및 만료일, 여권·외국인등록증 등 신분증 사본, 학력·경력 증빙, 한국어 능력(TOPIK) 자료, 상담·신청 내용. / Name, contact (phone/email), nationality, visa type & expiry, ID copies (passport/alien registration), academic/experience proof, Korean level (TOPIK), counseling content.
2. 수집 목적 · Purpose of collection
상담·맞춤 안내, 구인·입학 매칭, 비자·체류 절차 지원, 진행 상태 관리 및 안내. 목적 외 사용하지 않습니다. / Counseling, matching (job/admission), visa & stay support, status tracking. Not used for any other purpose.
3. 보유기간 · Retention period
수집 목적 달성 후 지체 없이 파기합니다. 단, 관련 법령에 따른 보존 의무가 있는 자료는 해당 기간 동안 보관합니다. / Deleted promptly after the purpose is achieved, except data subject to legal retention.
4. 제3자 제공 · Third-party provision
이용자의 사전 동의 없이 개인정보를 외부에 제공하지 않습니다. 기업·대학에는 매칭·입학 진행을 위해 동의 후에만 전달합니다. / No third-party sharing without consent. Shared with company/university only after consent, for matching/admission.
5. 국외 이전 · International transfer
원칙적으로 개인정보를 대한민국 외의 국가로 이전하지 않습니다. 부득이하게 국외 이전이 필요한 경우 사전 동의를 받고 해당 국가의 법령을 고려하여 적절한 보호조치를 적용합니다. / In principle, personal data is not transferred outside Korea. If unavoidable, prior consent is obtained and appropriate safeguards are applied.
6. 개인정보 처리위탁 · Processing outsourcing
서류 검증·통역·행정 절차 등 일부 업무를 전문가(행정사·노무사·통역사)에게 위탁할 수 있으며, 위탁 시 안전조치를 계약으로 명시합니다. / Some tasks (verification, interpretation, admin) may be outsourced to licensed experts under contractual safeguards.
7. 사용자 권리 · User rights
이용자는 본인 개인정보 열람·정정·삭제·동의 철회를 요청할 수 있습니다. 요청 시 지체 없이 조치합니다. / You may request access, correction, deletion, or consent withdrawal at any time.

1. 서비스 범위 · Service scope
NaraBridge는 외국인·기업·대학을 위한 정보 제공·매칭 연결·절차 안내·정착 지원 B2B/B2C 플랫폼입니다. 구인·입학 정보 등록, 매칭 추천, 상담 연결, 비자·체류 절차 안내를 제공합니다. / NaraBridge is a B2B/B2C platform providing info, matching, process guidance, and settlement support for foreigners, companies, and universities.
2. 사용자 의무 · User duties
허위 정보 제공을 금지하며, 본인 자료의 정확성을 유지해야 합니다. 제3자 계정 공유를 금지하며, 본인 계정의 보안 책임은 사용자에게 있습니다. / No false info; keep data accurate; no account sharing. Users are responsible for account security.
3. 기업·대학·파트너 의무 · Company/University/Partner duties
기업·대학·파트너는 제공 정보의 정확성·적법성을 보장해야 하며, 매칭된 후보자·학생에게 정당한 근로·교육 환경을 제공하고 관련 법령을 준수해야 합니다. / Companies, universities, and partners must ensure accuracy and legality of provided info, provide fair work/education environments, and comply with relevant laws.
4. 금지행위 · Prohibited acts
허위 정보 등록, 타인 정보 도용, 불법 취업 알선, 성별·국적·종교 차별, 스팸·광고성 게시물, 서비스 기술 악용 행위를 금지합니다. / False info, identity theft, illegal job brokering, discrimination, spam, and technical abuse are prohibited.
5. 유료서비스 · Paid services
상담·서류 검증·통역·행정 대행 등 부가 서비스는 유료로 제공될 수 있으며, 각 서비스 플랜 페이지에 가격·포함 항목·처리 방식이 명시됩니다. / Consulting, document review, interpretation, and admin services may be paid; pricing and inclusions are listed per plan.
6. 결제와 환불 · Payment and refund
유료 서비스 결제는 지정 결제수단을 통해 처리됩니다. 환불은 각 서비스 플랜에 명시된 환불 조건에 따르며, 진행 단계에 따라 환불 가능 금액이 달라질 수 있습니다. / Payments via designated methods; refunds follow each plan’s refund policy; refundable amount may vary by processing stage.
7. 책임 제한 · Limitation of liability
비자 발급·연장·전환, 채용 결과, 대학 입학 결정은 정부·기관·기업·대학의 고유 권한이며 NaraBridge는 그 결과를 보장하지 않습니다. / Visa, hiring, and admission decisions rest with government/institutions/employers/universities; outcomes are not guaranteed.
8. 계정 정지 · Account suspension
본 약관 위반, 허위 정보 등록, 불법 행위, 서비스 악용 시 사전 통보 없이 계정이 정지·삭제될 수 있습니다. / Accounts may be suspended or deleted without prior notice for violations, false info, illegal acts, or service abuse.
9. 분쟁 처리 · Dispute resolution
민원·신고 채널을 통한 우선 해결을 원칙으로 하며, 필요시 관할 기관(고용노동부·출입국·관할 법원)을 안내합니다. / Resolved via complaint channel first; relevant authorities are guided when needed.
10. 준거법 · Governing law
본 약관은 대한민국 법령에 따라 해석되며, 분쟁 발생 시 대한민국 관할 법원을 제1심 관할 법원으로 합니다. / These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea; Korean courts have jurisdiction.
11. 시행일 · Effective date
시행일 · Effective: 2026-07-19. 약관 변경 시 사전 공지하며, 중대한 변경은 이용자에게 별도 안내합니다. / Changes are pre-notified; material changes are separately communicated.
자료 삭제 정책 · Data Deletion Policy
삭제 대상 자료 · Data you can delete
프로필 정보, 업로드 서류, 상담·신청 기록, 매칭 이력 등 본인이 등록한 개인정보. / Profile, uploaded docs, counseling/application records, matching history you entered.
삭제 방법 · How to request
① 앱 내 [Delete My Account] 페이지에서 신청, 또는 ② 문의 채널로 본인 확인 후 요청. / Request via the Delete My Account page or the contact channel after identity verification.
처리 기간 · Processing time
본인 확인 후 영업일 기준 7일 이내 처리하며, 완료 시 안내드립니다. / Processed within 7 business days after identity verification.
삭제 예외 · Exceptions
관련 법령에 따른 보존 의무 자료(계약·과세·분쟁 관련)는 법정 기간 동안 보관됩니다. / Data subject to legal retention (contracts, tax, disputes) is kept for the statutory period.
주의사항 · Caution
삭제 후 동일 자료는 복구할 수 없으며, 진행 중인 신청·매칭은 취소될 수 있습니다. / Deleted data cannot be restored; pending applications/matching may be cancelled.
신뢰·투명성 센터 · Trust & Transparency Center
NaraBridge는 실제 검증기준과 처리절차를 투명하게 공개합니다. 확인되지 않은 면허·실적·사용자 수·비자 승인률은 표시하지 않습니다. / NaraBridge transparently discloses actual verification standards and procedures. Unverified licenses, performance metrics, user counts, and visa approval rates are not displayed.
기업 검증기준 · Company verification standards
사업자등록증 확인, 고용24 임금체불 여부 확인, 근로계약 조건 적법성 검토, 비자 적합 직무 확인, 근무지·숙소 조건 확인. / Business registration, wage arrears check, contract legality, visa-eligible duties, workplace & housing conditions.
대학 검증기준 · University verification standards
대학 설립 인가 확인, 모집 요강 정합성 검토, 학비·장학금 기준 확인, 기숙사·제출 서류 확인, D-2/D-4 비자 구분 명확성. / Establishment license, admission consistency, tuition/scholarship standards, dormitory/documents, D-2/D-4 classification.
해외 파트너 검증기준 · Overseas partner verification standards
사업자 또는 기관등록 확인, 사무실 주소 확인, 담당자 본인 확인, 공식 연락처 확인, 관련 면허 확인, 추천인 또는 거래경력 확인. / Business/institution registration, office address, contact person, official contact, license, references.
구인공고 확인기준 · Job posting verification standards
사업자등록증 대조, 임금·근로조건 적법성, 비자 적합 직무 확인, 근무지·숙소 조건 확인, 고용24 임금체불 여부. / Business registration cross-check, wage/labor legality, visa-eligible job, workplace & housing, wage arrears check.
전문가 자격 확인기준 · Expert qualification standards
자격증 번호 확인, 등록 상태 확인(대기/검증/정지), 사무소 주소 확인, 지원 언어 확인, 서비스 지역 확인. / License number, registration status, office address, supported languages, service area.
불만과 신고 처리절차 · Complaint and reporting procedures
1단계: 앱 내 신고 접수, 2단계: 운영사 직접 접수(영업일 7일 이내 회신), 3단계: 외부 기관 안내(고용노동부·출입국 등 관할 기관 연계). / Step 1: in-app report; Step 2: direct to operator (7 business days); Step 3: external authorities.
비용과 환불정책 · Cost and refund policy
유료 서비스 가격 사전 명시, 포함·제외 항목 명시, 세금 포함 여부 명시, 환불 조건 명시, 진행 단계별 환불 가능 금액 안내. / Pricing disclosed upfront, inclusions/exclusions, tax status, refund conditions, refund amount by processing stage.
개인정보 보호방식 · Privacy and data protection
수집 항목(목적별 최소화), 이용 목적(상담·매칭·절차 안내에 한함), 보유 기간(목적 달성 후 파기), 제3자 제공(사전 동의 없이 제공 금지), 열람·정정·삭제(언제든 요청 가능). / Data minimized by purpose, limited use, retention until purpose met, no third-party sharing without consent, access/correction/deletion anytime.
